U2s Fallen Joshua Tree

I saw Steve Hall's report on U2s Fallen Joshua Tree from early March. Then I saw Quandary's photos from early April. Now I had “I still haven’t found what I’m looking for” going thru my head. So when I left after work, I had U2 playing on my iPod. I found a place to pull over and sleep. In the morning I drove to the site, and “I still haven’t found what I’m looking for” played. I started walking, and 2 minutes later two F-18s flew over me (really loud). Pretty cool! I stayed by "the fallen tree" for an hour, taking photos, looking thru the U2ube (register), watching lizards come up to the tree, just soaking it all in. What a cool spot!

Wow, awesome find Cori! I had no idea that was out there. Seeing as how Joshua Tree is one of my all time favorite albums, I'm going to have to check it out for myself!
