Mt. San Jacinto Outdoor Recreation

I did a run along the fire roads off Hwy 38 to Morton Peak and then on to Crystal Creek Heliport on Saturday. There are a couple of rough spots on the road - if you're going to drive up there you'll need a vehicle with high clearance right now, but if you use your feet you won't have any problems.

Nice pictures Kathy. The last time I hiked up to Morton peak the area was scorched black from a fire. It looks things have started to come back.
