Cold Creek Falls along the Santa Ana River Trail

Earlier today I went for a run along a short section of the Santa Ana River Trail starting in Angeles Oaks. I had never been on that section and was delighted to see the pretty waterfalls where Cold Creek crosses the trail:



There are lots of down trees on the section of the trail I was on - had to stop a lot to climb over them or go around them (not that I minded catching my breath).

There's still snow down to about 6000 feet in places on the north facing slopes up in that area.
