I was kind of thinking the same thing. If it were my dog I would let her climb but I would have a tethered to me to catch her if she fell. Dogs are adapted to flat land, not rock climbing, and consequently the dog has no capacity to understand anything but the few feet above and below her. She will very likely take risks that a human would not take...so far it has gone well though. Still, while I love to see the happy little thing having so much fun, I think a little prudence on the part of her owner would be wise. My dog is a Pekingese and she rides in a doggie basket on my mountain bike. No rock climbing for her.
