Howdy Z-dude,

To Z-dude and others who are running the Long Beach marathon this Sunday, may you have fleet feet and a wonderful time 8)

Thanks Ellen! I might switch over to trying new things too, like triathlons. If so, I'll probably ask you for advice. Hope you have fun at the Grand Canyon. Are you just doing a little exploring, or are you trying out a Rim to Rim adventure?

"fleet feet?" Oh, I get it, Long Beach, Navy, fleet. Hope you sail right along.

Howdy Z :D

Hike from South to North rim on Monday, spend the night in a hotel (yippee), hike back to the South Rim on Tuesday. I've never hiked in the Grand Canyon so am really excited and looking forward to the experience.

Am happy to "tri-talk" anytime 8)

Ellen
