Great picures and interesting trip report (read on your blog)
I climbed it in the mid sixties

Here is a trip report by Norman Clyde who climbed the Black Kahweah in 1927
(10 years before I was born)

Hi calicokat,
Having just returned from the High Sierra Trail, I really enjoyed your TR and pics and especially your movie. How on earth did you summit Eagle Scout Peak?! From our perspective from Precipice Lake it looked like a straight up and down wall of rock. Anyhow, Precipace Lake with Eagle Scout Peak looming above in the clouds was my favorite part of the HST, although Ellen and I got mired in the morraine north of the Peak when we lost the trail for a time in a white-out.
