Missing Runners

Postby Cy Kaicener » Wed Sep 23, 2009 6:17 pm

Its amazing that experienced ultra runners would go for a eight to ten hour run in this kind of weather with insufficient water.
Meanwhile there was another death in the Grand Canyon.

It's a kinda fishy story. The woman ended up losing her shorts in the ordeal - they blew away.
The man hasn't told his story to the press yet.

Maybe I'm naive, but it didn't sound fishy to me. They explain why she took off her shorts in the article.

What's fishy is their seperation, being lost for 3+ days so close to so many trails, the guys story hasn't come out and the cops took him all the way to Santa Ana to "interview" him.
And, how many women drop trou in the wilderness and lose their shorts?

I think that the two ladies ahead of you discretely covered that subject. My $0.02 worth of advice -- this is a good time for a guy to stop and think about what he's heard.
