I have been on a hike with that leader. He is an excellent leader, and in no way can you blame him for the accident. ODC is very clear that everyone should know their own limits, and that the leaders are not responsible. On ODC trips the "leader" is more of a trip organizer than a "leader" I feel bad for both Terry and the lady who fell.
