I live for this info site every day because of the posts of so many peoples trips....living vicariously through everones writtings and photos. Thank you for sharing.

I've done up to Mono Pass on that route. Great pics now make me want to do the full route you did. Thanks! BTW if you go in August the mosquito blooms have abated and you'll encounter very few of them. I especially appreciated the pictures of wild flowers and a desolate, lifeless rocky background. Nicely done!
