Mt. Baldy via The Bear Flat Trail 7-5-09

Southern California and far-away places. Hiking, wildlife, cycling etc.

im going to trust fight on about this trail....hey fight on....you said this trail trail will change my life if i do it alone and in the early morning....

i have been on trails like that so i kinda understand what you mean...

sunday morning at 4am i will get my trailblaze on the baldy trail......
i let you know about any "changes"

I plan to do Bear Flats on Sunday, we are not starting until 7am though, you will have a big lead on us.
I will be the girl in yellow so say hello when you pass us by.

ya! alone! kinda spooky dude... so cool though. Man if you start that early you won't see anybody the whole way! lol

I ain't gonna tell you to go alone! :lol: Seven is too late. I know it's not hot like skyline but the east face just after bear flat does get hot. Try talking your buddies into starting earlier like 5 at the latest!

FightOn-I agree with you, its a late start, i am working on my buddy to meet up a bit earlier.
Skyline tomorrow just might do me in...lets hope i don't melt away.

ya I don't know... I've only seen her/him like once. whereas blue claims to have had multiple sightings, like even on his pm! :roll: What do you call that!?

That is a steep trail...I've only done it once. nice trees at Bear Flat, though. This seems to be your year for sheep sightings!
