Run through Redlands this Sunday

Anybody here going to do the run? I'll be there with my family, it would be fun to see some of you there...

Also, we have about 6 months 'til the Tram Road Challenge in October. If you're so inclined, don't forget to put it on your calendar and start training!

I thought about doing the half marathon, but I just don't think my body is in any shape for it at this point - right now my running consists of a couple of 3 mile runs on the track at REV High School in Redlands during the week and an occasional trail run.

There's a 5 k! You already do the distance, and believe me, you'll improve your time just being carried along with the tide of enthusiasm of the moment. I'm not much a of a road runner, but these local races are so fun, connecting people amd establishing such a sense of community. If you're available to go, it'd be a blast!
