1. Go to the photo page.
2. Click on "All sizes."
3. Select the Medium photo size.
4. Now you have some choices. The easiest way is to copy and paste the URL near the bottom in the box, and bracket it with
img tags:
- Code: Select all
[img]http://farm1.static.flickr.com/182/367544491_b662995a52.jpg[/img]
That gives you something like this:
But if you want to link your photo back to the Flickr photo page so people can click on it and see a higher resolution view if they want, it gets more complicated. You have to use both
url and
img tags, and use the URLs in the first box near the bottom, which looks like this:
- Code: Select all
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/simonov/367544491/"
title="The Machine by simonov, on Flickr"><img
src="http://farm1.static.flickr.com/182/367544491_b662995a52.jpg"
width="500" height="375" alt="The Machine" /></a>
You would edit that mess so it looks like this:
- Code: Select all
[url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/simonov/367544491/]
[img]http://farm1.static.flickr.com/182/367544491_b662995a52.jpg[/img][/url]
(except it has to be all on one line)
Resulting in something like this (click on the photo to be taken to the Flickr photo page):
Experiment using the preview button on the Post a Reply screen.
5. Alternatively, you could just put all the photos from your hike into a group, click on the group icon, then copy the group URL from your address bar and paste it here, like this:
