Affectionate Cat Needs Home

Here she is:

She is from a shelter and is not compatible with other cats and needs to be supervised around dogs. With people she is very affectionate and friendly if you pet her at the right time (watching her body language) and in the right way (not too fast, not too slow, and alternating sides, otherwise she swats or nips). I don't want to take chances with our baby on the way. If the petting part sounds too complicated, she would be happy enough just having a new place to live, somebody to feed her, and maybe some windows for the fine entertainment of bird-watching and cat-watching.
