Cool photos! Really like the number 2 photo of the Golden Gate Bridge ... even if it is tilted.

Sorry to hear about cancel on Shasta. What would the conditions have been like? Usually a lot of snow en route to the top, but would it be scree/talus this year since it has been so dry? Tougher climb therefore? (or all academic with sore muscles?)

Late summer you have to choose your route carefully, even on the AG. I don't think Northern California got the drought we had down here. I know Rainier got slammed with snow and rain, and the flooding tore out a lot of roads last fall.
