Cool photos! Really like the number 2 photo of the Golden Gate Bridge ... even if it is tilted. :)

Sorry to hear about cancel on Shasta. What would the conditions have been like? Usually a lot of snow en route to the top, but would it be scree/talus this year since it has been so dry? Tougher climb therefore? (or all academic with sore muscles?) :)

Late summer you have to choose your route carefully, even on the AG. I don't think Northern California got the drought we had down here. I know Rainier got slammed with snow and rain, and the flooding tore out a lot of roads last fall.
