If Ellen can post pistachio bandanas, then I can post

a cute picture of my daughter for no reason.

Hi, Andy,

Actually, I think you should post a pic of your little new one when you get chance!

Here he is Jim. Little Ryan being patient as mom tries for an Autumn themed photo shoot... Can't wait to get this guy out on the trails!

Howdy Jim and Andy :)

OK -- there's no way my critter and pistachio bandana photos can compete with such gorgeous baby pictures.

I can see it now:

Hikin' Joyce: Come on Ryan, I've finished stretching to prepare for our hike and you're still trying to figure out the map!

Hikin' Ryan: Umm.... almost ready Joyce. Just trying to determine how far we have until we reach the trail junction.

Miles of smiles,
Ellen

Andy: Good lookin' kid. How old did you say he is?

Ellen: Nice scenario.

Joyce has seen a few trails now. She's been up in Buckhorn, Little Jimmy, and a couple of trails in Mammoth. She's been up to over 10,000' already (with a "slight" assist from daddy). I even took her on a little walk over by the Vivian Creek trailhead about a month ago. She's off to a good start...

Thanks Jim...he comes from good stock  He was born on October 7th, so just over a month now and nowhere near 10,000' yet...that's awesome!
