Is there a feature on this board to automatically ignore posts, have them not show up as new posts, block the oversized pictures from having to load, etc.?

Manually ignoring doesn't work when I want to follow what the other commenters are saying and I have to wait for the oversized pictures to load in order to be able to scroll, etc.

And, yes, I am talking about Fight Off.
