The WindSheer® II Umbrella, with its patented "Wind Release SystemTM," allows the wind to escape between its upper and lower canopies to stop inverting during blustering storms and high winds. It features a reinforced fiberglass shaft, a 100% rubber handle for control and comfort, and the push button auto-open allows for easy and effortless opening. Each umbrella is printed with the NCAA USC Trojans logo on the front and back panels.
You should pick one up, you know, at the bookstore. And carry it along on your hike! When it starts to rain, open er on up and sing the SC Fight Song! You guys will be just fine!

(From the Trail Conditions thread)

Kevin: I'm seeing a chance of rain in the forecast, and that usually means a few sprinkles at most. Is that your impression? Also, how much wind are we looking at? I don't mind the wind on the way up, but I don't want to have to walk back down either. You're not expecting a tram closure, are you?
