Mt Whitney Discussion Forum 01/21/09

Postby EnFuego » Wed Jan 21, 2009 1:46 pm

Has anybody tried accessing the Mt Whitney Discussion Forum this past week? Has anybody had any success?

I've been on there for a month now with now problems, but this last week I can not get through. I'm curious if the site is down temporarily, or permanently. I hope this is just something temporary, but being down for last 5-6 days seem a bit long to be temporary.

Does anybody know any of the admins to that site or another person that frequents that site that may know anything?

I appreciate your help.

I have been trying for at least a week also without success. The moderator
is Richard Piotrowski. I think you can reach him through summitpost.org

I also noticed that the board has been down for a while. I just e-mailed the site owner.

I've been trying for the last week or so without success. The server appears to be down.

Richard is skiing in Utah. He noticed the problem and tried to correct it remotely, with no luck. It'll probably be back up by Monday.

Do you mean the Whitney Portal board? If so, I've had no problems.
If you mean another board; then let me know which one and I'll waste more time there. :D

Anybody know anything about the Whitney board? It's been down an awefully long time again. Thanks for any info that can be shared.
