Ouch -- my ankle feels your painI have both badly sprained (1987) and dislocated/broken (2008) my left ankle. I highly recommend consulting with a physical therapist and/or athletic trainer for exercises to strengthen the muscles around the ankle and improve balance/ proprioception.
