Saturday I'm headed up Devil's Slide, over Wellman to the summit. Is there any water available near Wellman Cienega or the upper reaches of Willow Creek? it seems like a logical 1/2 way point to top off water but I really wonder about it so late in the season.
Is there ever filterable water available there?

I haven't been up there in about a month but there is usually water flowing at Willow Creek.
