Forest closure order

San Bernardino National Forest has closed the entire forest until 3/16. That would include all of San Jacinto and San Gorgonio mtns. The State Park has closed San Jacinto also. All trails and roads closed. Link to the order below ..

The full closure for San Bernardino National Forest has expired so the forest is open to hiking and snowshoeing. However many roads into the forest remain closed through June 30th. SJ state park remains closed outside of Long Valley. Link to full order below ..

Thanks for the update Florian, at least there's some way to get into the backcountry, for those strong enough, with some snow & ice experience to explore the effects of all these storms. S2
