Desert Sun is reporting that hiking, golf, tennis and more are cool again, as long as we don’t get close to each other.

Meanwhile, LA County health reports its first study of how many people have antibodies. It looks like the number of us who have been sick is around 40 times the number we thought and the death rate overall much lower than we thought. More studies to come.

So, will hiking kill us? It looks safer than we may have feared. I imagine we will know at lot more in the coming weeks.

Wow, that's good news all around! The ramifications are huge - tremendously lower mortality rate, a burgeoning herd immunity, and an unanticipated level of asymptomatic infection and recovery. Hope that kind of news keeps rolling in!

Does anyone know if Humber Park is open for parking? I'm thinking of hitting the summit on Tuesday. I live here in Idyllwild, so I could just drive by tomorrow, but I'm kind of busy tomorrow, not Tuesday.

Humber park has been open for while now. I'm going to the peak on Wednesday.
