Sunday Hike Tram to peak

Went up on the 3rd tram, place was hopping. Went up Sid Davis, eventually caught up to the "Bloodie Blond" and Marylin.
Since I don't own snowshoes, I had to stay behind the snow shoers!

Great day on the mountain, close to perfect conditions!

Bought a year pass, so now I really have to go mucho to make it worthwhile!

Planning to hike to San jacinto Peak tomorrow morning from tram. Can this be done in hiking boots (ie no snow shoes)

Would not recommend going up high without snowshoes!! Hiked to near the peak (10,000 level) on Friday, from Humber park in Idy and snowshoes where an absolute requirement. On my descent I came across a fellow post-holing up from Saddle Junction....He did not look like he was having much fun!
