Conditions on Skyline

Did anyone climb skyline this weekend? if so, can you kindly post condition information on the traverse to long valley section? What gear is needed for safety, if any? Thanks!

Howdy,

Went up Friday and carried microspikes but didn't need them. I suspect traverse has melted out some since then.

Traverse was spotted with a little bit of packed snow and an occasional bit of ice underneath. Used micro spikes on Friday and nothing on Saturday. On Saturday we kept on going up to the Peak without a need for any additional traction devices. I'm sure by this coming weekend it will be melted out even more. Be careful and have fun...
