Mt San Jacinto from tram trail

Hi all. I am going to be visiting the area in 2 weeks and I wanted to ask about the current trail conditions for the Mt San Jacinto peak hike from the tram. Is there enough snow that snow shoes would still be required to make it to the top? How about to Wellman Divide? I would like to make it to the top, but I will not have any snow equipment with me so I'm trying to figure out how far I can realistically get before I have to turn around.

Howdy JG

Based on PKirkham's report from yesterday, the most traction you may need is microspikes. There isn't enough snow for snowshoes and the conditions from tram to peak don't warrant crampons and ice-axe.

There will likely be even less snow in 2 weeks.
