back at it

I have to say after so long and coming back from 11 weeks of post op with a brand new hip skyline was the perfect return. The only down side to saturday adventure is that i got eaten alive by skeeters and spider bites too. it sure was good to be back on that trail.

Well look what the cat dragged in!

Good to hear from you again Tina, though I'm sorry to hear the news about a hip replacement. I see you're following the Ellen Coleman rehab procedure of doing Skyline as soon as possible after a major injury. Well done. :)

A few in our group had bites as well. I was wondering who was feeling better after the hike, you or your companions? :)

Howdy Tina,

Hip Hip Hooray!!!!

Glad you're doing well and are hiking again, but jeepers, nothing like jumping in with a little ol' Skyline saunter.

Smooth moves to ya! ("Glide like an Elemental" ;)

Thanks, very motivating post to me!

After an xray and MRI a couple of months ago I got the wonderful news about a hip replacement will be likely in the next several years - huh? I didnt even know what a hip replacement was and certainly didnt feel like I ran in those circles. Well apparently that circle is badassery as a new hip means skyline within 11 weeks :).

Thanks!
