Tram to San Jacinto Peak questions

Hi All,
I'm planning my first on Mt. San Jacinto (hiking from the tram to the peak) this Sunday. Can anyone give me any advice regarding weather, trail conditions? Is the trail fairly obvious? Do you know if there is any snow on the trail right now that make it difficult to find my way?
