Summitted via Marion Mountain yesterday. Great conditions though a little icy in spots. Got a flat tire, most likely due to the road leading to the campground.
No trail closures up that way, though there was a crew working along the trail with a pretty established campsite. Looks like they've been there for weeks. Anyone know what they're doing?

Interesting that you got a flat. That sucks. Pothole? The road was in good shape when I was there several weeks ago.
That encampment has been there on the Deer Springs Trail for at least two years, maybe more. They're doing trail maintenance over on the west side although it seems their progress is glacial. One also wonders if they've ever heard of "Leave No Trace".
