PCT North of Saddle Junction?

I was glad to see that the State Park re-opened most of the hiking trails. Does anybody know any information regarding PCT North of Saddle Junction over to Strawberry Junction or Wellman's Divide? The InciWeb site updated to show PCT closed from mile 154 to South Ridge trail but the USFS still says its closed North of Saddle Junction. I understand that the trail in that area really did not get burned from the fire but crews may still be working in the area. Any idea on if that section will reopen this year at all?

Ellen and I were hoping to take Deer Springs to the Peak, and come down via PCT to Saddle Junction and out at Humber Park tomorrow. Well, I just now called the ranger at Long Valley and he confirmed what I was afraid of, that the PCT is CLOSED between Strawberry Junction and Saddle Junction.

I hope it re-opens soon as that is one of my favorite sections of trail in the San Jacintos.
