Fuller Ridge possible next weekend?

A buddy and I planning on climbing SJ via Fuller Ridge next weekend (16-17), but was wondering if the trailhead is even accessible in the winter since the access road is dirt. Road 4S01 is not listed as closed on the SBNF website, but it's fairly high elevation so it might be impassible. If you know about the access to the TH in winter please post. I couldn't find any reports of people climbing Fuller in winter. I have a 4x4 pickup with 4 chains, but I don't want to tear up the road or get stuck. Marion Mtn. trail is plan B.

Anything is possible. Just hike up the PCT from Snow Creek.
