conditions at Tahquitz

any one been around little tahqitz vally or chinquapin flats? any running water there? any ice near the top ?

Probably anything below 9,000 feet has flowing streams this time of year, at least during the day. At night, with a cold spell there could potentially be ice again, but Palm Springs has been in the 90's lately.

Lots of running water as of today. My PUR Hiker pump gave out so I didn't get to sample any of it!
