Humber Permits

Is the Forest Service leaving Humber Park day permits out overnight on the weekends for early hikers? Or are they waiting until the office opens to make them available?
I know they do this in the summer, but I don't know if they've started the practice yet. Thanks.

At the Idyllwild Ranger Station, they leave the permits outside on a table to the left of the front door. Here's a link.
