Water on skyline

I notived and forgot to mention but when I did skyline last 2 weeks ago i noticed that the second aid station and the water supply above that were both empty. Not sure who takes care of this and with winter maybe it is not that important.

I left a quart in my bucket a couple weeks ago. I'm glad someone found it useful. Next time i'm up i'll leave another quart. Or two if i can.

fill it up? I would have but with my group we needed all the water we brought and i dont live in the area.
