We had 6-8 inches new snow on Sunday night above 9,000 feet, but under it was hard packed snow and ice. I would recommand having some kind of spikes if it remains cold just in case. Below the Marion Trail junction you will be OK and no problems. We took out a man with a broken ankle from a slip just above Deer Springs. Be carefully but go up and have fun it should be a great weekend to be outside hiking and camping.
How can I be lost if I don't care where I am?
