New to this board

I was told this is the board to be on if you were looking at doing the C2C trail. I think this might be a good weekend for it and am ready to try it. I would be more comfortable if I went with people who know the trail and do not mind taking a first timer.

I have been hiking, backpacking, and climbing for a number of years, so rest-assured I know what I am in for.

Tom:

Check out the post titled March 17th.

If you want to start at 4:30 am - just show up at the Palm Springs Museum at that time.

With the day time high expected around 101º the 4:30am start is mandatory unless you happen to run ulta marathons. At that time it will be around 69º when you start and quickly climb above 85º.

The time to causually hike up to the half way mark and back are gone until cools down again.
