PS Fireworks - Viewing from Trail

Postby SoCalTim » Fri Jul 03, 2009 4:37 pm

Question:

Has anyone watched the Palm Spings fireworks from the Museum Trail?
I am thinking about photographing and watching them from the elevation of the tables.

Everyone be safe this weekend!

I haven't done it myself but i know a lot of people do view from there. The Araby or Shannon trails might have good views too.

I haven't viewed them from the trail in PS but I have viewed the Palm Desert fireworks from the Bump and Grind and it was not as cool as I'd hoped it would have been. You are kinda far away and the fireworks just don't look that big. My guess is it would be similar in PS.

I was at the beach this year, but my girlfriend and I endured the hot rocks on the Museum Trail last year - a great view.
