Tahquitz Peak Rescue in Progress ?

My friend and I did SJ from Humber Park today. On the final 1/4 mile of descent as we approached the Humber Park parking lot, we heard what sounded like someone crying out for help on the side of the steep granite face of Tahquitz Peak. Then we heard authorities with a bull horn asking if climbers needed help and the response was "help". From the parking lot we saw what looked like someone on a ledge high up, most of the way to the top. They appeared to be ok. However, there were other climber voices so the situation was unclear.

I checked RMRU and didn't see anything.

Does anyone know what the latest is?
