Weekend trail conditions from top of tram (running)

hi - i've been reading the various reports but am still not quite sure what to expect this sunday may 3rd on the following route..... i'll be running (running shoes, no crampons) and wanted to know if i'm likely to be able to a) run this route b) if i can't run it all, can i at least get thru it all
it seems like the snow/ice should be just about gone, but just wanted to check.

top of tram thru round valley to MSJ spur
MSJ spur to MSJ peak (would like to go to summit but if it's still snowy i can skip it)
MSJ peak down deer creek trail and pickup PCT at deer spring camp
follow PCT south
then depending on time/how i feel i will go either
- back up to wellman divide and thru round valley to tram
or
- stay on PCT to saddle junction
- willow creek trail thru hdden lake divide to long valley and tram

saddle junction to tram is clear, very few small areas of snow, runners are fine.

Willow Creek trail from the tram was shaping up nicely last weekend, still patches of snow, but nothing more than trial running shoes needed.
The trail did disappear in places, though.

I plan to use the Willow Creek trail on 5-2, and conditions should be very good. It is a little lower (altitiude wise) than the trails that access Wellmans divide.

The trails at Wellman's Divide have lots of snow on them, at least they did a couple of weekends ago and I doubt that it all has melted by now.
