Does anyone know current snow conditions and XC ski conditions on San Jacinto?
Is there a number to call for snow conditions?
I've never been there, am considering going there today - heard it was good skiing and you ride a tram up to a high pateau.

I called today and the ranger told me that there was one foot of new snow at long Valley and probably more at the top. Sometimes when you call there is a conditions report, sometimes a ranger answers, and alot of time it's a fax. I don't get it but that's the facts!
