Well, maybe, but perhaps not on October 9th, yes?

Thanks for that clarification Jim, I was trying to make sense of Tina's post, but I wasn't getting very far.

By the way, it's easy to meet Kathy, just show up at random places in the San G wilderness, and you're bound to meet. That's one trail hikin' woman! We've met several times, though it would be fun if Kathy (ahem! are you reading this Kathy?) would adjust her busy hiking schedule and go with us on some adventure or other!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the 9th, although I'm not sure I'll hike back down. Kinda wimpy on the downhill. Might do a couple of ups instead, try to keep up with that crazy Steve and Fern couple. :D

Howdy Kevin :)

I may be up for Skyline to the summit of San J. The rest of your plan is beyond me

Howdy my Pain Sister Tina :)

Zip: It is always nice running into you out in the Wilderness. I have run into some of the other folks on this board too over the years too, but I'm way to slow to go on any of the adventures people post about on this board.

Maybe now that I don't have to carry much water up Skyline, I'll be able to move a little faster on that trail. (I hope everyone knows I'm joking about taking water from the emergency boxes).

Sure will be nice to see all of you on the trail again.

October Skyline is one of the nice compensations for summer going away.
