General Palm Springs area.

Yep Zippetydude I was disapointed that it wasen't going to be somewere that would require me hikng to get there. But since I live in Idyllwild I figured I'd do my part. Dont take this the wrong way I realy wanted to meet some of you in person. But just hangng around a picnic area that's 1/2 mile from my house on a hot summer's sunday without doing a hike or something first really isen't my thing.

Yes, all the people that post here are creatures of motion and energy, otherwise we never would have met. We'll need to burn up some of that energy before we can sit still...

Aw, shucks.

Well, maybe it's for the best. Michiko and Joyce just got back from Asia, and they're both pretty tired. Besides, fall is a great time for a get together.

See you on the mountain,

Howdy All :)

I'm looking forward to getting together when the weather is cool and there are few or no biting flies or mosquitos.

I like the idea of having an afternoon potluck either in Long Valley or a park in Palm Springs this fall 8)

Miles of smiles,
Ellen
