Hey Jim, see if you get a rebound effect on that. I've experienced it a couple of times when I've exercised when I was sick. Once, I didn't feel so good, but went anyway. It felt like the longest 4 hours of my life . . . when I got home, I found out I had 102.8 fever, which explained the soggy feeling I had the whole time.
I didn't do anything for a couple of days, but when I went back out, everything felt wonderful. I think the contrast from the previous workout being so horrible made things seem so much better. I sure felt great.
Sounds like you toughed it out even when you were under the weather, so good job. Hopefully you'll enjoy the rebound next time out.
