FYI, a muu-muu is generally knee length. I think that would work on the trail just fine, fellas! So long as it's not a windy day ... or if it is, it would give us ladies some scenery to enjoy as well. :)

I didn't work for Patagonia. I had a shop and sold their stuff there


Still miss your shop Hal. Hate having to drive to cucamonga to get quality boots & packs, + you really knew your stuff.

I miss certain things about it but I must say, I get to hike a lot more now.

I don't know about a muu muu but I'd go for a Kilt, a good wool one. Maybe it's my Scottish blood.

And in Palm Springs I don't know if it's just the women who enjoy a windy day like that, I'm sure a lot of the guys would, too.
