Museum is free all day the second Sunday of every month.

I was kind of kidding about the Museum, but actually maybe it would work. There is a small cafe in the Museum, though they don't offer much besides sandwiches. Still, when it's cool(er), it's pleasant to sit in the sculpture garden and have a snack. When it's hot, you can sit in the cafe itself. It's not bad. But it's just a cafeteria, really.

I agree that W'water Preserve would be good. I like getting Joyce into the outdoors more so than a restaurant (but I'm good with whatever).

Well, what do folks think? There don't seem to have been any responses, so I'm wondering if in fact Oct. 11th is not a good day for others. It works fine for me and Perry, but perhaps not to others? Let us know, people.
