thank you for your feedback on the KMZ file, I have been saving my GPS tracks and adding photos based on the time stamp for some time and wanted to make these files available to everyone. I think it is an excellent way to research you route prior to hiking, thus preventing getting lost (espacially if you ahve the GPX file downloaded to your GPS). You may notice that I took a huge shortcut on the track on my return. just to note that this shortcut was over snow and would involve some heavy bush wacking this time of year.
