4' fall off a ledge and a 45' slide backwards on 45 degree mixed ice on my back before grabbing the final arrest.....there is a God..

I'll tell you about it soon Jim..busted up but whole.

Wow, glad you're ok & hopefully no broken parts. Sorry, I had to laugh when I read the following words to my wife:
