Fuller Ridge to Snow Creek, just checked the PCT website for any adverse conditons and none were noted. Below 8,000 feet there's just not that many trees, above that you may find one or two down but I don't think it will be hard to get by them. There's should be some patches of snow but nothing that you cannot handle. Have fun.

Black mountain rd was very rough last year.

There is a spot after you join deer springs trail to little round valley is pretty steep. Not sure if the young one will enjoy it.
