C2C in March

Hey, if Speedy Steve (I'll start learning your hiking names. ) had to turn around, it sounds like it would take a Herculean effort to complete C2C this month. I ain't Hercules so we have decided to delay our trip (from Northern Cal) until May. Hope to see some of you regulars and put some faces to names when we're there.

Thanks again for the input. That's exactly what we needed to make an informed decision--not to say that the temptation to give it a try isn't still there.

Offbeat question: I went up Skyline a few years ago, and I'm not recalling some areas above Flatrock.

Snow and ice aside -- is route-finding above Flatrock fairly easy in the warm weather months?
