Saw you rip past us in the steep section. Great time for you! Took us 8 hrs to the top, 2 more to the tram. My new name for this one is Cactus 2 Clouds 2 Couch! It was tough for me...

Thanks for the trip report. very inspirational! Especially considering that I am not even close to that hardcore. I am happy to hike to the tram once every couple years, hahaha....and If im lucky, I do it in under 8 hours. Wait....you are not all gonna make fun of me now, are ya's? :oops:

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I wish I could put the faces with the names, I know some of you. I was very focused Saturday so sorry if I just flew by you with just a nod or a howdy. I'm usually much more social and friendly....again don't be fooled by those mean looking German genes. :D

Im probably bringing a friend out Saturday to do at least Skyline and maybe we will summit, depends on how he is feeling. Though he's an Ironman too so I suspect he'll be fine....but then again this is completely different kind of endurance.
