Sorry for the late reply.
Girlfriend and I summited yesterday from Marion Mountain. Trail up to PCT is clear of snow and easy to follow. Trail after PCT is snowy and more difficult to follow. We lost the trail before 9000 feet. Point your nose uphill and you'll be on the right track. Just make sure you make for the correct cols and you don't need a trail.
Entrance to Little Round Valley is the second gully from the left (north) ridge.
It took us a whopping 7 hours to reach the top. I with stiff boots and an ice ax (kicking steps, the crampons stayed in the bag), and she with lowtop North Face Hedgehogs, Kahtoola microspikes, and trekking poles. She had a much easier time of it than me.
Routefinding was slow, and we were in for a LOT of bushwhacking: bring pants and gaitors!
